
Hrant Dink
Hrant Dink was a prominent Turkish-Armenian journalist and the founder of the Armenian newspaper Agos. He was known for his advocacy for Armenian rights and his efforts to promote dialogue between Turks and Armenians. Dink was assassinated on January 19, 2007, outside his newspaper's offices in Istanbul, a crime that highlighted issues of ethnic tensions and freedom of expression in Turkey.
