Htin Kyaw
Htin Kyaw served as the President of Myanmar from March 2016 to March 2018, representing the National League for Democracy (NLD). He was the first civilian president of Myanmar in decades, following a long period of military rule. His presidency was marked by attempts to implement democratic reforms, but he was often seen as a proxy for Aung San Suu Kyi. Recently, he was included in an Argentine court's order for arrest for alleged complicity in crimes against humanity regarding the Rohingya crisis.
