Jessica D. Aber
Jessica D. Aber was the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2021 until her resignation in January 2025, appointed by President Joe Biden. A graduate of William & Mary Law School, she led a team of approximately 300 prosecutors and support personnel, and was known for her dedication to law enforcement and community trust.
