José Fernando Chuy

José Fernando Chuy is the corregedor-general of the Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin) and a seasoned police delegate in Brazil. He has recently come under scrutiny as part of a Federal Police investigation into allegations of illegal espionage activities conducted by the agency during the administration of former President Jair Bolsonaro, where he is accused of being involved in a 'parallel structure' that engaged in unlawful monitoring of political opponents.
