Luiz Carlos Nóbrega
Luiz Carlos Nóbrega is a high-ranking official in Brazil's intelligence agency, Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin), serving as the chief of staff. He has been implicated in a Federal Police investigation concerning the illegal use of the agency for espionage and the dissemination of false information during the previous administration. Nóbrega is a career police delegate who was appointed to his position during the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
