
Joshua Haldeman
Joshua Haldeman was an American-Canadian chiropractor and politician, born in 1902. He is best known as the grandfather of Elon Musk. Haldeman was a proponent of the technocracy movement, which advocated for the replacement of democracy with a government run by engineers and scientists. He believed in a global conspiracy that controlled various institutions and authored several controversial works, including one defending apartheid in South Africa. Haldeman was also an adventurer, famously flying with his family across Africa in search of a mythical lost city. His life was marked by a blend of utopian aspirations and conspiracy theories, and he died in a plane crash in 1974.
