Lefre de Burgh

Lefre de Burgh is an adjudicator at the Workplace Relations Commission who evaluated Julija Makejeva's case against the Ballymaloe Cookery School. In her decision, she concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support claims of discrimination based on family status and noted the challenges of accommodating the employee's scheduling requests.
