Lesley Brull

Lesley Brull, a Hungarian-born baker, along with his wife Georgina, opened their bakery in Bondi in 1979. Known for their Austro-Hungarian cakes and tortes, they have built a loyal customer base over the decades. Brull continues to work in the bakery, starting his day at 2:30 AM, ensuring the quality and authenticity of their baked goods, including the famous chocolate kugelhupf.
