
Li Yanhe
Li Yanhe, also known by his pen name Fucha, is the editor-in-chief of Gusa Press, a publishing house that has produced works critical of the Chinese government. Born in Liaoning Province, China, he later acquired Taiwanese citizenship and has lived in Taiwan for several years. In March 2023, he returned to Shanghai to cancel his household registration but was arrested and has since been detained under allegations of endangering national security.
