Mariluce
Mariluce is the mother of Tessa Moura Lacerda and the widow of Gildo Macedo Lacerda. She was pregnant with Tessa when both she and Gildo were arrested in 1973 for their involvement in leftist activism against Brazil's military dictatorship. Mariluce was released after enduring torture, but Gildo disappeared, and she dedicated her life to raising Tessa while keeping the memory of her husband alive.
