Marvin Kaplan

Marvin Kaplan is a member and current chair of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), having been appointed by President Donald Trump in 2017. Kaplan has a background in labor law and public service, previously working as an attorney for the federal government and in private practice. He has been involved in shaping labor policy in the U.S., and despite recent legal challenges regarding the firing of board members, he continues to serve as chair following the reinstatement of Gwynne Wilcox by a federal judge.
