Mattias Bratt

Mattias Bratt is the driving force behind the popular restaurants Racamaca and Ring Katarina in Stockholm. Since opening Racamaca in 2015, a tapas bar with Basque influences, he has gained a loyal following. Alongside his colleagues, he later opened Ring Katarina, a vibrant wine and food bar that merges French and Italian cuisines. An advocate for family life, Mattias speaks fondly of his son as his toughest critic.
