Mihailo Drapatij

Mihailo Drapatij is a Ukrainian military officer who served as the commander of the Ground Forces of Ukraine until June 2025, when he resigned following a significant attack on a military training facility that resulted in multiple casualties. His resignation was seen as a reflection of a broader dissatisfaction with military leadership amid ongoing conflicts with Russia, and he was subsequently appointed as the commander of the Joint Forces Operation in Eastern Ukraine.
