Born on December 19, 1974, in San Francisco, Antioquia, he was the son of Ramón Isaza, a former paramilitary chief. After demobilizing in 2006, Isaza returned to a life of crime, becoming involved in narcotrafficking and other violent criminal activities. His criminal career spanned over 35 years and was marked by a significant history of violence, kidnapping, and extortion. He was killed in a police operation in San Luis, Antioquia, along with several members of his criminal organization.
