Patrick Leblond

Patrick Leblond is an associate professor and the CN-Paul M. Tellier Chair on Business and Public Policy at the University of Ottawa, where he focuses on the intersection of business, public policy, and international affairs. He is also a senior fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, contributing to discussions on Canada's economic strategies in the context of global challenges.
