Serhi Lyssak

Serhi Lyssak is the head of the military administration for the Dnipropetrovsk oblast in Ukraine. He has been actively involved in the response to the ongoing conflict with Russia, particularly in managing the aftermath of missile attacks on civilian areas. Recently, he reported the tragic toll of a Russian strike on Kryvy Rih, which resulted in at least 18 deaths, including nine children, highlighting the severe impact of the war on non-combatants.
