Spasoje Petković
Spasoje Petković, also known as Štuka, was a member of the Yugoslav People's Army and paramilitary formations during the Croatian War of Independence. He is implicated in war crimes committed at Ovčara in November 1991, including the torture and murder of wounded soldiers and civilians, among them the French volunteer Jean-Michel Nicolier.
