Vadym Skybytskyi

Vadym Skybytskyi is the deputy head of military intelligence in Ukraine, actively involved in the efforts to facilitate the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia amidst the ongoing conflict. His role includes organizing lists of prisoners to be exchanged and collaborating with international entities to ensure the safe return of detainees.
