Yoni Assia

Yoni Assia is an Israeli entrepreneur and co-founder of eToro, a leading social trading platform. Born in 1981 in Savyon, Israel, he developed an early interest in finance, inspired by his father's investment in Magic Software. Assia studied Administration and Computer Engineering at The Open University and earned a master's degree from Reichman University. He co-founded eToro in 2007 with the mission to democratize investing and make global markets accessible to everyone. Assia has become a prominent advocate for retail investors, especially during the rise of meme stocks, and is currently seeking to take eToro public on the Nasdaq.
