Abdulfattah es-Sisi

Abdulfattah es-Sisi is the President of Egypt, having assumed office in June 2014 after leading the military ousting of former President Mohamed Morsi in 2013. A former General in the Egyptian Armed Forces, es-Sisi has focused on stabilizing Egypt's economy and addressing security challenges, particularly concerning terrorism in the Sinai Peninsula. Recently, he co-chaired a peace summit in Sharm El-Sheikh aimed at establishing a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, highlighting his role in regional diplomacy.
