Amine Kessaci is a 22-year-old French anti-drugs campaigner and the founder of the association Conscience, which aims to assist victims of drug violence in Marseille. After the murder of his elder brother Brahim in 2020, Amine dedicated himself to raising awareness about the impact of drugs gangs on young people, even taking his cause to President Emmanuel Macron. He has also written a book titled 'Marseille Wipe your Tears – Life and Death in a Land of Drugs' and ran for the Green Party in local elections. Living under police protection due to threats against him, Amine continues to advocate for change in his community.
