Andrey Kovalenko is the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC). He recently made headlines by addressing concerns regarding the potential disconnection of Ukraine from Starlink, the satellite internet service owned by Elon Musk's SpaceX. Kovalenko reassured that while the U.S. is not currently planning to cut off Ukraine's access, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have alternative communication methods in place to ensure operational continuity on the front lines.
