Ilan Berman

Ilan Berman is a 77-year-old engineer who has dedicated his retirement to developing innovative solutions for children with disabilities at the Elin Rehabilitation Hospital in Jerusalem. With over a thousand technological inventions to his name, Berman's work focuses on enhancing the quality of life for these children by enabling them to perform everyday tasks, such as drinking independently or using a computer. His passion for design and engineering, which he pursued during his career at Intel, shines through in his current role, where he collaborates closely with medical staff to create personalized tools that foster independence and self-esteem in young patients.
