Luis Alfredo Carrillo Ortiz
Luis Alfredo Carrillo Ortiz, also known as 'Gocho', is a Venezuelan national and alleged member of the criminal organization Tren de Aragua. He was recently arrested in Colombia for his involvement in the kidnapping and murder of Ronald Ojeda, a Venezuelan dissident, in Chile. Carrillo is wanted on multiple charges, including extortion and homicide, and is set to be extradited to Chile.
