Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
Mohammed bin Salman, often referred to as MBS, is the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and the Deputy Prime Minister. Born on August 31, 1985, he is the son of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Since his appointment as Crown Prince in June 2017, he has implemented a series of reforms aimed at modernizing the Saudi economy and reducing its dependence on oil, notably through his Vision 2030 initiative. MBS has also focused on social reforms within the kingdom, including enhancing women's rights and promoting entertainment and tourism. His leadership has been marked by significant changes in Saudi society, although it has also been accompanied by controversies, particularly regarding human rights issues and regional conflicts. Recently, he directed the Ministry of Interior to establish a new General Administration for Community Security and Combatting Human Trafficking, reflecting his commitment to enhancing public safety in the kingdom.
