Natsumi Mizumoto

Natsumi Mizumoto is a Japanese pastry chef who has gained recognition in Barcelona for popularizing the flan parisién at her café TosTao. With a background in pastry-making from Tokyo and experience at renowned restaurants such as Etxebarri and Dos Palillos, she draws inspiration from her time in France, particularly from her visits to the famous Ladurée in Paris.
