Sam Kindillon

Sam Kindillon is a talented chef who has recently returned to Dublin after over a decade of culinary experience in Copenhagen and Berlin. Known for his modern pescatarian and vegetarian dishes, he will take over the kitchen at Forest Avenue in Leeson Street during the festive season, offering a special six-course menu. Kindillon has previously held the position of head chef at Note Dublin and is recognized for his work at The Pigeon House in Clontarf. With support from mentor John Wyer, he is eager to showcase his skills in a city he believes is more vibrant and ready for casual fine dining compared to his experiences in Berlin.
