Valerio Braschi, born in 1997, is the youngest winner of MasterChef Italy, having claimed victory in the sixth season in 2017. After a challenging early life that included a serious back surgery at 16, he pursued his culinary passion with fervor, eventually opening The View by Valerio Braschi in Milan's Piazza Duomo. Known for his eccentric and creative approach to cooking, he experiments with unique flavors, such as creating the first Italian chocolate made from fresh cacao fruit, aiming to elevate traditional dishes while maintaining authenticity.
