Wilfredo Sanchez

Wilfredo Sanchez, 73, is a retired university professor who has been living in Denver under humanitarian parole for a year and a half. He has found joy and stability in his new life, living with his U.S. citizen daughter and enjoying access to healthcare. Sanchez has voiced his fear of returning to Venezuela, which he believes could threaten his life due to his medical conditions and the loneliness he experienced there.
