Favianós Rouggéris

Favianós Rouggéris, known as the 'artichoke farmer of Tinos', is a dedicated agriculturalist who remains one of the few cultivators in the Tinos plain. Recently highlighted for his efforts in producing local agricultural products despite the numerous challenges he faces, including water scarcity and poor infrastructure, he emphasizes the importance of maintaining local traditions and quality in Greek cuisine.
