Frei Chico
Frei Chico, also known as Francisco de Souza, is a Brazilian social activist and vice-president of the National Union of Retirees, Pensioners, and the Elderly (Sindnapi). He is the brother of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and has been in the news for expressing support for the investigation into irregularities in the INSS, stating that his organization has been audited and found to have no wrongdoing.
