Lewis Libby is a former chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, who became embroiled in a major political scandal involving the leaking of CIA officer Valerie Plame's identity. He was convicted of perjury and obstruction of justice related to the investigation but had his sentence commuted by President George W. Bush and later received a full pardon from Donald Trump.
