Maxim Kruglov
Maxim Kruglov is a former deputy of the Moscow City Duma and the deputy chairman of the political party Yabloko. He served as a representative from 2019 to 2024, winning election in a single-member district. Known for his academic background as a candidate of political sciences, Kruglov also teaches comparative political science at the State Academic University for the Humanities. He has been in the news recently due to his arrest in connection with a criminal case regarding false information about the Russian army.
