Tom Keatinge
Tom Keatinge is the founding director of the Centre for Financial and Security Studies at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), one of the world's oldest think tanks, where he has been working since 2014. With a master's degree in information and international security from King's College London, he has a background in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Keatinge is recognized for his expertise in the intersection of finance and security, particularly regarding the implications of sanctions and geopolitical strategies, including Russia's influence in European elections.
