Fridolin Ambongo Besungu, nascido em 24 de janeiro de 1960 em Boto, República Democrática do Congo, é arcebispo de Kinshasa desde 2018. Em 2019, o Papa Francisco o elevou ao cardinalato. O cardeal tem se destacado como defensor da paz e da justiça social na RDC.
