Andrew Weiss

Andrew Weiss is a prominent American scholar and expert on Russian and Eurasian affairs. He serves as the Vice President for Studies at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he analyzes U.S.-Russia relations and the geopolitical dynamics in Eastern Europe.
