Yoko Shimoyama

Yoko Shimoyama is the owner of Ano-ne Bread and Matcha, a bakery in Auckland that specializes in Japanese-inspired baked goods. Under her leadership, the bakery has gained recognition for its signature item, shio pan, a salted butter roll, as well as for its youtiao, which pairs excellently with traditional Asian dishes, combining cultural heritage with a modern culinary approach.
